This fifty-two-year-old billionaire recently purchased a massive lakefront estate in Lake Tahoe for forty-two million dollars. While that sounds like a fortune, the five-acre property was actually listed for seventy-five million dollars back in twenty-seventeen! The mansion sat on the market for eight years before the deal was finally closed this past December.

But it’s not just the physical world that’s getting more detailed. Did you know that Large Language Models are being used to make video game characters feel more real? Right now, many players get frustrated when a character repeats scripted lines regardless of what is happening. In the future, every digital resident could have the depth of a main character, reacting naturally to things like a nearby explosion!
