Did you know that Manta Rays fly through the water using wings that can be over 24 feet wide and can make up over 85% of their body? They are super intelligent and have the largest brain of all fish. Even bigger than a whale shark! Woah.
They were originally related to sharks and have to keep swiming in order to breathe. Manta Rays are now part of the genus Mobula that include other rays but don’t have barbs that sting. They can dive deeper and swim more efficiently than most other fish and can even change the color of its skin. Amazing!
